CHICAGO – May 24, 2007 – Bringing its global broadband event to mainland China for the first time, the The International Engineering Consortium's (IEC) presents the deputy minister of Ministry of Information Industry (MII), Mr. Yaoping Jiang, and the National Development and Reform Commission's (NDRC's) high-technology department director, Mr. Qin Xu, this 5-8 June as part of the Broadband World Forum Asia 2007. The forum takes place at the China World Hotel at the China World Trade Center.
