IEC Applauds Winners of 2010 DesignVision Awards Today at DesignCon in Santa Clara

The International Engineering Consortium (IEC) gave tribute to the top electronic design innovations of the year in front of hundreds of industry professionals at DesignCon 2010; the conference and exhibition continues through Thursday at the Santa Clara Convention Center

CHICAGO – February 2, 2010 – The International Engineering Consortium today announced the winners of the 2010 DesignVision Awards program celebrating the premier design tools and products judged as the most unique and beneficial to the semiconductor industry. IEC Executive Vice President Roger Plummer presented the DesignVision Awards live before the Tuesday Keynote Address.

"The DesignVision awards honor the companies and products that enable advancement in the semiconductor industry," commented Mr. Plummer. "We thank all participants of this year's DesignVision awards program and applaud the commitment and vision the winning advances represent."

The winners were chosen from among the 2010 finalists selected by a panel of judges comprised from members of the DesignCon 2010 Technical Program Committee. The committee consists of industry experts in the semiconductor and electronic design engineering community which develops the world-class educational program at DesignCon 2010.
